  Sigma Mathematics Workbook 'Focus on Mathematics’ is a write-on student resource. This book contains notes and practice questions on mathematical methods across the Number, Measurement, Algebra and Geometry strands at Level 6 of the Mathematics Curriculum. The internal assessment achievement standard, 1.2 Mathematical Methods and the external examination achievement standard 1.4 Mathematical Reasoning have a considerable overlap with regards to the methods, with the majority of them potentially featuring on either assessment. Students are able to and encouraged to use a calculator in their learning and assessment for these standards. A graphing calculator of the type on the approved NZQA list is an advantage.
